Call for artists!

If you are aged 12-25, share your 2D art with us before 15 June to be part of our youth art exhibition in Castlemaine as part of Victorian Youth Week 2021.

What is the The Pop-up Art Cafe?

The Pop-up Art Café is being run by Council’s Youth Advisory Group as part of Victorian Youth Week to promote and support young local artist.

A youth art exhibition will be opened from 30 June – 9 July in Castlemaine. The exhibition will be launched on 30 June along with a pop-up youth run café.

All artists will be provided with a small payment for their participation.

Who can enter?

Anyone aged 12-25 years that lives, studies, works or recreates in the Mount Alexander Shire.

What kind of art can I enter?

Any 2D art that can be hung that you have created yourself. It could be a painting, drawing, print, photography etc.

How do I enter?

Complete the entry form below. Send your entry form and a photo of your artwork to youth@mountalexander.vic.gov.au by 15 June 2021.
