Barista & Coffee Skills Course
Back by popular demand, Mondo Lounge will be offering a free non-accredited Barista and Coffee Skills Course this April school holidays!
What: Barista & Coffee Skills Workshop
Where: Mondo Lounge Youth Space (Castlemaine Community House, 40 Templeton Street Castlemaine)
When: Wednesday 10 April, 10am-3pm
Who: Young people aged between 15-21 years
Learn the basics of what’s needed to get into a cafe this school holidays.
Yvonne will be running us through how to use the coffee machine, grinder, coffee types, front of house kitchen skills, and customer service!
Spaces are limited and bookings are required.
