Wednesday 1 October at the Phee Broadway Theatre
Castlemaine Community House, Castlemaine Pride, and Mount Alexander Shire Council have teamed up with All The Queens Men to bring the fabulous Play Date to town—just in time for the school holidays!
👯♂️ Turtle & Sugar Rush from Play Date are serving up a high-energy, rainbow-filled dance and play party for kids aged 2–7 and their chosen families. Expect pop bangers like Different, Frown to Crown, Fruit Time, and My Chosen Family—plus Auslan-inclusive dance moves!
🎨 Craft Time before each show:
Make your own rainbow crown, fruit salad headpiece, or shiny gold crown!
🕘 Schedule:
- Morning Craft: 9:30am – 10:30am
- Morning Show: 10:30am – 11:30am
- Afternoon Craft: 12pm – 1pm
- Afternoon Show: 1pm – 2pm
👵 Bonus for Grandparents!
As part of the Seniors Festival, folks aged 60+ get free entry—come boogie with your grandkids!
It’s colourful, inclusive, and guaranteed to give you a rush and encourage you to come out of your shell!
