COscars Film Festival- Postponed Until Further Notice
To protect the community against the potential spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Council will postpone the COscars Youth Film Festival and film competition until later in 2020. The event date will be reviewed later in the year and announced through email, website, media releases and social media platforms.
During this time it’s important to stay connected to family and friends and we are looking into ways to keep you connected in other ways (i.e. through our website and social media, group chats etc.). We will keep you updated!
You might feel overwhelmed by the information, conversations and the increased levels of stress in the community.
It can be helpful to keep up-to-date but it’s also okay to switch off from the 24 hour media cycle if this is getting too much.
Check out the link below for tips to maintain a healthy headspace during this time:
Take some time in the next couple of week to do something you love, read a book, paint, cook, get into the garden, Skype / Facetime with mates and spend time with your family.
If you need to chat, reach out! Check out all the ways below to get in touch with us over the holidays
