Free Weekly Yoga & Mediation Sessions w/ Mondo Lounge & Raw Elements


If you’re aged 12 to 25 years sign up now to a free online yoga & meditation series to stretch your body and mind over four weekly sessions.


Mondo has teamed up with Raw Elements to deliver a free 4 week yoga program for young people that will focus on breathing techniques, managing stress & anxiety and building your mindfulness toolkit in readiness for exams.

The workshops will be run over a 4 week period on Wednesday afternoon’s via Zoom and will focus on;


  • Alleviating tension & stress
  • Breathing techniques and releasing nervous or anxious energy
  • Self-soothing tools to create a sense of focus and calm
  • rejuvenating the body & mind

All 4 sessions will be hosted on Zoom so you can join in from your living room or anywhere you have space to stretch out.

If you’re not comfortable with using the webcam function, no problems! All participants are welcome to join in just using audio ☺

Weekly Yoga sessions dates;

Week 1: 21 October, 4.15pm-5pm
Week 2: 28 October, 4.15pm-5pm
Week 3: 4 November, 4.15pm-5pm
Week 4: 11 November, 4.15pm-5pm

You’re able to join in just for 1 session or all 4 sessions, whatever works best for you!
