Mondo Lounge is a youth hangout space that offers free activities, workshops and training opportunities for young people aged 12–18 years. It is a space to meet with friends after school in a safe, supervised and supportive environment.
Mondo Lounge is delivered by Mount Alexander Shire Council and is funded by the Victorian State Government ‘Engage!’ grant. Mondo is located at Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street, Castlemaine.
We’re open from 3.30pm to 6.00pm every Wednesday for high school students aged 12-14 years and from 3.30pm-6.00pm every Friday for ages 15-18 years.
Mondo Lounge operates every week during the Victorian school term.
